Exhibition Statement

Music is one of the things that keeps me going during my hardest moments, with some songs hitting home no matter how many times I play them; one of these songs is “One Foot in Front of the Other” by Griff. Through this animation, I wanted to capture the bravery it takes to keep moving forward in those moments when everything in us wants to quit. It is through these small, beautifully unremarkable moments that we are able to intimately witness the relentlessness of the human spirit.
