I fell in love with design in my senior year of high school due to its immense potential for community outreach and cross-cultural connection. My dream is to be a footwear designer, working in collaboration with all kinds of different people to tell their stories through shoes! I find the field as a whole particularly fulfilling as it seamlessly aligns with my primary goal as an artist: To create honest, vulnerable work that helps viewers feel seen and understood.
